Keondra K. Riley, known to most as “Riley” is an ambitious legal professional with a multifaceted background.
Riley graduated from the Southern University Law Center in August 2017. Her commitment to legal excellence led her to be admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2018.
During her time in law school, Riley wore multiple hats. Not only did she excel academically, but she also contributed to the community. As a P.O.S.T Certified Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer in West Baton Rouge Parish, she gained invaluable insights into the juvenile justice system.
Riley’s passion for justice extended beyond the classroom. She embarked on an internship with the Southern University Juvenile Law Clinic as a student attorney in East Baton Rouge Parish Juvenile Court.
In this role, she championed the rights of delinquent juvenile offenders, providing legal representation and advocating for their best interests. Her dedication left a lasting impact on the lives of those she served.
Prior to joining the esteemed law firm of Clayton, Frugé & Ward, Riley honed her legal skills as the Staff Attorney for The Honorable Tonya S. Lurry in the 18th Judicial District Court. Her work there exemplified her commitment to justice and fairness.
Riley is not only a legal professional, but also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her involvement in this esteemed organization underscores her dedication to community service and empowerment.
When Riley isn’t immersed in legal matters, she enjoys spending quality time with her wonderful children. Her love for reading, passion for travel, and dedication to Pilates provide a well-deserved balance to her professional life.
